  • Caulking Cut, Drop, Rivet, Seal.

    Step-By-Step Instructions:

    1. Align the notches on the inside of the frame to the UPPER corrugations.
    2. Trace along outside of frame for rough opening
    3. Cut out the marked area. Stay on the inside of the line - you can always cut more.
    4. Test fit and pre-drill rivet holes on the upper corrugations.
    5. Rivet frame to roof.
    6. Caulk along the edge of the cut-out on the face of the rooftop.
    7. Fasten vent to the top of the frame with rivets and seal frame to roof with caulking.
