Step-By-Step Instructions:
- Align the notches on the inside of the frame to the UPPER corrugations.
- Trace along outside of frame for rough opening
- Cut out the marked area. Stay on the inside of the line - you can always cut more.
- Test fit and pre-drill rivet holes on the upper corrugations.
- Rivet frame to roof.
- Caulk along the edge of the cut-out on the face of the rooftop.
- Fasten vent to the top of the frame with rivets and seal frame to roof with caulking.
