Container Door Flashing Kit (Standard & High Cube)

I found the small tabs that hold the vertical pieces together needed to be tapped straight so it they would join together with minimal gap. maybe they will pull together if using screws, but I used rivets with a hand squeezer. they fit nice and tight like in the video. I have a "flat bar" style container and the only modification I had to do was cut off the door stop as it was welded on the inside of the door vs the outside. I wish the vertical pieces were 1 piece. I know they are 2 piece for reduced shipping costs, but I think 1 piece would look nicer.

We love these weldless door and window frames. They're easy to install and look great.

We use bolts instead of rivets or self-tappers for better durability, but either way, we are very satisfied.

This kit is amazing, when spray foaming the container you really need to think through the swing doors and how to get them insulated but keep them operational. This kit is must is you are spray foaming the inside of your container as it defines the walls and doors to arrive at a clean, professional looking install. Not sure how you would get this done without this kit. Keep the innovative products coming!
