RETURN POLICY

At Container Modification World, your satisfaction is our priority. If you need to return an item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Returns requested after 30 days may be considered for store credit at our sole discretion. This policy applies only to orders shipped to Canada and the United States. For all other countries, sales are final.

Please note that international or cross-border shipments may experience customs delays beyond our control. If your package is delayed at customs, contact us and we will work with you to explore available solutions.

RETURN CONDITIONS & RESTOCKING FEES

All returned items must be in their original condition and packaging. Returns may be subject to a restocking fee and tariff surcharge depending on the shipping destination:

• Canada: 20% restocking fee

• United States: 

• For Steel/Aluminum Products: 20% restocking fee + 25% tariff surcharge

• For Other Products: 20% restocking fee + 12.5% tariff surcharge

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused or result in partial refunds.

REFUNDS
We refund the purchase price of the item(s) only. Shipping costs, customs duties, and return shipping fees will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to a verified manufacturer defect within the applicable warranty period.

WARRANTY
Electrical ventilation parts with manufacturing defects are covered under warranty by Container Modification World for up to 30 days after delivery, and up to 1 year by the manufacturer. For more details about manufacturer warranties on products we are authorized dealers of, please refer to the list below or the pamphlet included in your package:

For other manufactured products or missing items, customers must report the issue within 14 days of delivery. Replacement items will be sent if the issue is confirmed and falls under warranty.

Please note: The warranty does not cover mishandling or incorrect installation. We recommend that all products be inspected upon arrival.
