      Great for a beginner

I am remodeling a 40’ shipping container with my sons (in the US), and we are on the beginner side of experience. :) We watched the videos and bought these composite brackets. They worked great! They were easy to install at the exact height, and I appreciate that they keep the thermal envelope whole. Note: we had 40 of the brackets, 20 per side, but because we have a double door container we didn’t need the corner covers. This means we could’ve used 21 brackets on each side not 20. But it doesn’t really matter, they will hold up just fine. We skipped a bracket in the middle so that the ends would be secure. Tip: buy extra 3/16 drill bits. We went through three of them! Also, you will need a 5/16 nut driver to screw in the self tapping screws (it would be helpful to list this out specifically for us beginner DIYers :) ). Maybe it’s self explanatory, but you will also need a ladder, measuring tape, sharpie, and we found a straight edge helpful for marking the centers.

      Too expensive

Great product but too expensive for what it is.
